Ricoh Ink
Kao Collins formulates and manufactures a variety of water‑based, oil‑based, solvent‑based, and UV curable inks for the Ricoh Gen 3, 4, and 5 piezo printheads.
Ricoh printheads allow for the delivery of variable drop size, which offers better image definition and, from a cost perspective, reduces ink waste.
Kao Collins utilizes a Gen 4 printhead for in-house testing and can acquire Ricoh Printing Systems America (RPSA) evaluation kits for fluid optimization. A leader in inkjet printing for over 30 years, RPSA holds the original patent on the multi-drop piezo jetting system.
We supply Ricoh Ink for one of the fastest-growing markets for inkjet printing: textiles. These inkjet inks are supplied and validated through joint OEM partnerships.
