Available Inks for Building Products

Solvent-based inks – These are formulated for Thermal and Piezo printing systems used for marking and coding non-porous building materials, including wire, metal, PVC, etc. Our inks dry fast and withstand harsh environmental conditions with superior abrasion resistance.

• SIGMA Solvent Inks for HP – Formulated for HP 45si Specialty Printing Systems, this fast-drying, heatless solvent ink has a 12-hour decap time and 24-month shelf life.
• NEXXO Inks for Funai – The solvent ink takes full advantage of the increased throw distance of Funai’s TIJ print cartridge. NEXXO ink prints high-resolution coding on curved, non-porous products like PVC pipe.

Oil-based Inks – Manufacturers use this low-maintenance ink for inkjet printing on porous building materials and packaging, including lumber, paper bags, and boxes.

MOF Inks – This bio-based, mineral-oil-free ink produces similar results as oil-based inks without the negative environmental impact thanks to its innovative and eco-friendly formulation. Our MOF inks meet compliance requirements for increasingly stringent environmental legislation and regulations around the world, including Europe, Asia, the United States, and other global markets.

TESLA LED-Curable Ink – Our eco-friendly TESLA LED-curable inks produce vibrant colors without the risk of damaging substrates from heat-producing mercury lamps commonly used to cure UV inks.
